HANDAN YILDIZ ARTUKOĞLU
I have been in the hospitality and property management for over 20 years with the leaders of the industry such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Aman Group, Marriott International, FBI Management and Regus Group. After 14 years of work and life experience in the US, I have decided to come to my beautiful home country with another unique project, Kaplankaya. My experience both in the US and Turkey, opened the doors to my dream of establishing a consultancy firm with a strong partner.
Senem and I realized that our homeland needs a different approach on property and project management. We know from experience that our homes and all other living spaces need professional tender, love and care with the focus on resident, employee and vendor satisfaction and security, both financially and emotionally.
We all wish to make the world better place to live in. In order to accomplish it, we need to contribute and take responsibility of our actions. Our contribution will be the generation of well managed private and social spaces so that we create happy communities which will lead to the neighborhoods, cities and more.
SENEM ÖZMERT
My journey in hospitality management has started in 1991 with Akdeniz University, Tourism and Hotel Management. I have worked with the leaders of the sector for many years and served as a Director of Finance and Executive Team Member. My experience with the world’s leader brands such as Robinson Club GmbH, Kempinski Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Canyon Ranch Wellness Resorts and Six Senses Hotels, Resorts and Spas made me a leader in many ways. I lead by example and motivate my team to accomplish the goal of properly managed projects with satisfied residents, investors, and team members.
There is a noticeable growth in high-end, luxury living and social spaces, however the biggest concern of these projects’ is management. I realized that these high valued investments need proper management to sustain their standards, keep up with the growth of the new business trends and gain the best return on investment. Therefore, Handan and I decided to establish Hanem Management to provide our expertise in property and project management.
Our goal is to create healthy, happy, balanced and luxurious homes and living spaces.
