- Manage the creation of the project’s management plan, rules and regulations, and the covenants as per Homeowners’ Association (HOA) bylaws
- Manage the process of HOA election
- Create the annual financial plan as per the provisions of the management plan
- Prepare the annual operation and action plan of the departments, coordination and inspection
Budget Planning
- Establish the needs of the project and prepare the annual budget to accomplish the plan as per the request of investors, homeowners and management committee by Public Housing Law and Commonhold Property Law
- Finalize the budget and present to the Board of Management, Delegation Committee and Homeowners’ Association for approval
- Present the yearend financial report
Team Building
- Determine the operational management team within the scope of Homeowner’s Association management plan
- Manage the hiring process

- Manage the departmental orientation process
